The final session of the elective course AI for Managers was recently held at the Zagreb Instructional Site of the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva. Led by Aco Momčilović, MBA, the course provided students with essential insights into the evolving role of artificial intelligence in business and leadership.
Throughout the course, students explored practical applications of AI, learning how machine learning, automation, and data-driven decision-making are reshaping industries. They engaged in discussions on AI ethics, risks, and opportunities, gaining a well-rounded perspective on how organizations can responsibly integrate AI into their operations.
The course emphasized real-world use cases, showcasing how AI is being applied in fields such as finance, marketing, human resources, and supply chain management. Students had the opportunity to analyze case studies and work on hands-on projects that demonstrated the power of AI-driven efficiency, innovation, and strategic advantage.
As the last class concluded, students reflected on key takeaways, including how AI-driven tools can shape corporate decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance competitive positioning. The interactive nature of the course allowed students to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and develop a future-ready mindset, preparing them to become leaders in the AI-driven business world.
A big thank you to Professor Aco Momčilović for his expert guidance and for providing students with a deeper understanding of how AI will continue to shape the future of business.
