The workshop featured interactive discussions and activities designed to empower participants with practical strategies for thriving both academically and personally. Students explored three key areas:
Through these strategies, students were equipped to thrive in their academic journeys and their personal lives. The workshop’s interactive nature fostered meaningful conversations and provided a supportive environment where students could share their experiences and learn from one another.
This session underscored our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are confident, resilient, and ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. By prioritizing mental health and personal development, we empower our students to achieve success both in and out of the classroom.
