A lifelong learner and an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator in Leadership and High-Performing Teams, I have been serving organisations from both the private and public sectors across the United States, Africa and Europe over the last 12 years.

My mission is to re-ignite collective intelligence and wisdom by enabling leaders to enhance their self-awareness in order to lead others more effectively.
I am a certified Organisational & Executive coach and Facilitator in Collective Intelligence. I hold a B.A. in European Business Studies and founded and ran two companies for a total of 10 years, providing bespoke workshops in Leadership, Organisational Culture and Public Speaking.
