Making a Difference: SSBM Geneva and VSS Partner to Support Children in Need

NEWS > Making a Difference: SSBM Geneva and VSS Partner to Support Children in Need

Easter was made extra special for children in need thanks to the support and volunteer efforts of the SSBM Geneva and VSS teams, who shared the joy of the season through heartfelt acts of kindness. In a heartwarming display of community commitment, employees from the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) Geneva and the University of Applied Sciences in Security and Safety (VSS) recently volunteered their time and efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underprivileged children. This volunteer initiative supported Mali Zmaj (Little Dragon), an NGO dedicated to improving the lives of socially endangered and neglected children.

Mali Zmaj, or the Society for Improving the Quality of Life of Poor and Neglected Children, works tirelessly to support children from low-income families, those living in safe houses, and children in institutions. By coming together to volunteer, SSBM Geneva and VSS employees have not only provided essential resources but also shown their unwavering commitment to making sure that these children receive the care, attention, and opportunities they deserve.

Through their volunteer work, employees from both institutions helped deliver much-needed support in various forms—ranging from providing necessities to offering hands-on assistance with the daily operations of Mali Zmaj. Their collective efforts are a testament to the power of community collaboration and the positive impact we can have when we come together to give back.

This initiative is a perfect example of how organizations, both educational and non-profit, can work side by side to make a tangible, lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most. By offering both their time and skills, SSBM Geneva and VSS employees have not only supported Mali Zmaj‘s mission but have also created a stronger, more compassionate bond within their communities.

We are proud of our teams at SSBM Geneva and VSS for volunteering their time and energy to support vulnerable children in need. Their actions embody the true spirit of giving back, and we are excited to see this collaboration’s continued positive impact on these children’s lives.

This partnership reminds us that when we all work together—whether through donations, volunteerism, or collaboration—we can ensure that no child is left behind and that every child has the opportunity for a better future.

Together, we can make a difference.
