Last class of Financial Management course!

Congratulations to all the Zagreb campus Finance MBA students for completing their last class of the Financial Management course!

Financial Management deals with traditional financial instruments and modern corporate analysis of securities on primary and secondary capital markets. A special focus is put on common and preferred stocks, different bonds, and different types of loans. In this course students use inputs like spread, rating, credit worthiness, Beta, cost of capital, yield, maturity, variance, standard deviation etc. In this way students learn how to apply such and other finance indicators in practice in foreign capital markets, thus enabling them to successfully understand and use concepts of modern corporate finance.
