At the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva, we are committed to providing our students with firsthand knowledge from industry leaders. As part of the Project Management course at our Zagreb Instructional Site, led by Professor Tatjana Kotarski, we had the pleasure of welcoming Gordan Kožulj, MBA, PMP, and Director at Deloitte Croatia, as a guest lecturer.
During his insightful session, Mr. Kožulj shared valuable perspectives on Deloitte as a project-oriented company. He emphasized the critical role of project management in driving organizational success, showcasing real-world examples of how Deloitte navigates complex projects across various industries. His lecture provided students with a deeper understanding of project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and the importance of adaptability in today’s fast-paced business environment.
The session also explored best practices in project execution, stakeholder management, and the integration of innovative methodologies that help organizations maintain a competitive edge. Students had the opportunity to engage in a dynamic discussion, gaining insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by project managers in multinational corporations.
By hosting experienced professionals like Gordan Kožulj, SSBM Geneva ensures that students not only grasp theoretical concepts but also learn how to apply them in real-world settings. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Kožulj for his time and expertise and to Professor Kotarski for facilitating this enriching learning experience.
Stay tuned for more guest lectures and industry insights as we continue to connect students with global business leaders!
