Can you share a bit about your journey and what led you to pursue the Blended Executive MBA in Global Finance and Banking at SSBM Geneva?
I chose SSBM Geneva because I saw it as an opportunity to expand new knowledge and improve my skills in the field of economics and finance. The program offers interesting subjects and since it is blended, it offers flexible learning, making it easier for me to balance work and studies. But I have to admit that in-person experience is something that can’t be replaced. Also, my colleagues and professors were great which made my experience even more valuable.
How did the program equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role as a Finance Operations and Customer Support Professional at Teva Pharmaceuticals?
The program gave me a foundation in financial analysis, strategy, and leadership, which directly supports my role in managing operations and enhancing customer solutions.

Planning and organization are key. With a good schedule, it is possible to balance work, MBA, and personal life.
What key lessons or takeaways from the MBA program do you apply to your work at Teva Pharmaceuticals?
I apply strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deeper understanding of global financial systems, to improve decision-making and increase efficiency.
What advice would you give to current or prospective students who are looking to pursue a career in finance or banking?
My advice is to stay curious, keep learning, and be open to new opportunities. It is important to acquire knowledge and develop soft skills because both play an important role in business success.
