With over 15 years of experience in the consulting and corporate sectors, Olivier has led and supported several HR transformation, digital transformation, workplace transformation and employee experience initiatives at global companies such as Novartis, BP, Shell, Rolls-Royce, where he developed and implemented hybrid working models, fostered communities of practice, and enabled breakthrough thinking.
He is also a sought-after keynote speaker, panellist, and facilitator on topics such as HR innovation, artificial intelligence, and metaverse. In addition, he is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who enjoys building teams and transformational programs from non-profit to Fortune 500 enterprises.
I am an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in corporate learning, talent management and organizational development. My passion lies in helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions and implement initiatives that elevate people and organizations.
Georgios Fradelos, PhD is an executive-level AI, fintech and sustainability expert with over 14 years of experience leading projects across Europe and the U.S.. He founded GF-ACCORD in 2010 (machine learning for strategic analysis; an historical video 11 years before chatgpt: https://youtu.be/174JyJXq-mI), developing AI-driven solutions valued at up to $760,000 per output and GF-ACCORD AI in 2022 (AI replacing business and financial analysts). Authored the pioneering Honey Badger Agile Management Framework (ASIN : B0D3LDMRDV), the first management adaptation to AI assistants. Georgios holds an Msc from the Univ. of Cambridge and a PhD from the Univ. of Geneva.
