Yesterday, the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva had the honor of partnering in organizing the EmpowerHER event, an inspiring gathering designed to support, celebrate, and empower female leaders in Switzerland. Themed EmpowerHER: Women Breaking Boundaries and Building Success, this event created a dynamic platform for women to connect, share stories, and gain insights into what it means to lead with resilience and authenticity.
The day’s program was filled with impactful sessions that explored essential themes for women in leadership. From strategies for advancing into leadership roles to energy management and mental health, each discussion was geared toward helping participants break through professional barriers and thrive. Networking opportunities allowed attendees to connect with like-minded professionals, offering invaluable chances to build alliances and grow their networks.
SSBM Geneva’s own Professor Hulya Kurt gave the opening speech, bringing her expertise and insight to the event.
The event’s diverse program included roundtable discussions, where participants dove deep into topics like personal branding and accessing the hidden job market. These sessions encouraged attendees to share their experiences, challenges, and strategies, fostering a supportive environment for growth.
EmpowerHER was a resounding success, with each participant walking away with new ideas, connections, and the motivation to take the next steps in their personal and professional lives.
We at SSBM Geneva are proud to have been part of this transformative experience, supporting female leaders as they break boundaries and achieve new heights.
