At the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva, we believe that student success is not only about academic excellence but also about personal well-being. Yesterday, SSBM Geneva’s Dean, Dr. Amira Simcox, held an inspiring Personal Development Workshop titled Thrive and Flourish: Mental Health Strategies for Student Success. This engaging session focused on equipping students with the tools to navigate academic challenges while maintaining balance and resilience in their personal lives.

The workshop featured interactive discussions and activities designed to empower participants with practical strategies for thriving both academically and personally. Students explored three key areas:
