A sought-after keynote speaker and panelist, Olivier frequently speaks on HR innovation, AI, and the metaverse. An entrepreneur and philanthropist, he enjoys building transformational programs and teams in both nonprofit and Fortune 500 environments.

Ruxandra Grigorita
With over 20 years of experience in HR, Ruxandra is a distinguished professional specializing in corporate learning, talent management, and organizational development. Known for her passion for helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions, she brings a unique perspective to the panel discussion.

Georgios Fradelos, PhD
Georgios is a pioneering expert in AI, fintech, and sustainability, with over 14 years of experience. He founded GF-ACCORD in 2010 and later GF-ACCORD AI in 2022, developing high-impact AI-driven solutions. As the author of the Honey Badger Agile Management Framework, the first management adaptation for AI assistants, he has positioned himself at the forefront of AI applications in business. Georgios holds an MSc from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from the University of Geneva.
