Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming our new MBA students at the Zagreb Instructional Site during an exciting Orientation Day event. The day marked the beginning of a transformative journey for the students, setting the stage for what promises to be an enriching academic experience.đ
The event began with a warm Welcome speech from the President of SSBM Geneva, Luka Leško, PhD, DBA, who inspired the new students with his words of encouragement and insights on the value of their upcoming MBA journey. His address highlighted the importance of continuous learning, leadership, and the global opportunities that await SSBM Geneva students.
Following the opening remarks, Mario Pilija, MBA, an SSBM Geneva alumnus who has now taken on the role of professor, shared his unique perspective. Drawing from his experiences as both a student and educator, he provided valuable insights into what the program entails and how it has shaped his career.
The orientation continued with a detailed presentation from Admission team. They guided the students through an overview of the program structure, key academic requirements, navigating through Student Information System platform and support services available, ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding of what to expect.
The day concluded with a networking session in the lobby, where staff and students mingled while enjoying snacks and drinks. This informal gathering allowed the new cohort to connect with colleagues, professors, and SSBM Geneva staff, building the foundation for a strong support network throughout their studies.
We are excited to see our new MBA students thrive and look forward to supporting them every step of the way.
