Prof. (Dr.) Chaitanya Niphadkar is an expert in the areas of Change Management with a focus on Leadership and Management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Organizational Behavior. He has successfully achieved a Certificate program from Harvard Business School, Boston (USA). Furthermore, he holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Also, Master’s degree from a Quadruple Accredited University (World-ranked institution) in the United Kingdom specializing in Human Resource Development and Consulting. Additionally, MBA degree in Human Resource Management and Customer Relationship Management. Five of his books (as an independent author) are already in place and his writings are published in several international journals, online media, and magazines. Besides, he has a rich international experience.
