Has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (PUC-MG, Brazil), several specializations in Psychology and Mental Health, a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and Social Exclusion (ULHT, Lisbon, Portugal) and it’s a DBA Candidate at SSBM, Geneva, Switzerland.

More than 13 years working in Project Management, is enthusiastic about Agile Methodology, once it involves different stakeholders’ participation and allows improvements before the final delivery.
Has experience working with human rights, especially with psychosocial support, policy and program development; trauma/healing; advocacy and social justice; rehabilitation/reintegration; education and training.
At the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), work as a Consultant for the Human Resources Management Department. Is responsible for the management, design and development of the IFRC Global Onboarding Program since 2021.
